Success rate of 80% in completed loan modifications. Managed two to four loan document processors. Worked with clients to determine needs, prepared complete loan modification packages, negotiated with banks. Extensively worked on a reversing two short sales that the bank erred in foreclosing on.

I was able to start in an entry level position and within a couple of month's became the manager in the production department. I directed the company into offering services nationwide to answer our customer needs. I oversaw the NY operation which was closing over 1200 NY loans. At the height of the market I was responsible for over 100 employees in my division.
